After looking at the brief for this module I can see that i have a big challenge ahead. For this module I will have to model and animate a model of my face and head.
I have watched three tutorials on the processes invloved in the preperation of this type of modelling. I can see from these that this model will be a lot more complicated than anything I have attempted before.
I will have to create the animation using Spline modelling techniques. I will use two reference pictures of my face and the side of my head. The pictures will have the details of my Topography drawn on to help me with the modelling process.
This image shows the two reference plates I have created with all of the relevant topology. I used Photshop to draw on the topology as well as dividing the topology to create the quads. I highlighted the quads using a red brush to give me a clear reference to work from.
